When we met Richard last year the first time, we knew straight away that he was working his own personal style, away from mainstream. We wanted to sell our house in Deception Bay, which was fully renovated and in top condition, for the best price. The mainstream real estate agents offered us only an average price, not considering the difference to the average house. Richard knew how to present our house to buyers. After 11 days and several interested parties going through the house, he presented us a contract, with the right price tag. He had found the buyers, who just loved to move into our house. The contract went through and all parties were happy with the outcome. So in one word: Fast - Efficient - Reliable Service - Top Dollars, with all parties happy.
 
This year we wanted to sell our house in the Redlands at Wellington Point and had the same problem, that the local agents saw only an average 3 bedroom with one garage. So we considered to ask Richard to sell our house. We knew it was a big ask to sell a house 60 km away in a different area. But we wanted his attitude and marketing skills desperately.  Did we spend endless Hours & Dollars to upgrade and improve this house in a good position, just to sell for an average? Surprisingly he agreed. And -- he did it again. After 17 days & several trips Richard presented us with two interested parties and finally a contract. He found the people who just appreciated the extras & differences to the average. We found, Richard  not just sold any house to the buyer, but he sold our house to a matching  buyer, hence  top price achieved once again. The average real estate agent looks after 100's of houses and it really does not matter which one he/she sells to the interested party. As long as he/she sells, it is good enough for him/her. We prefer an agent, who is marketing our house & this way finds the matching buyer. If you are considering selling your house and want an agent to work in your best interests then go with Richard Gowda.
