Recently I rented a property through Bay & District for just over four months. I would like to give a big thank you to Joanne who arranged this rental for me. In May 2015 my home was flooded and unliveable and at that time I was desperately looking for a place to rent and along came Joanne who physically came door knocking in the street being evacuated, we were dumping our soiled goods and no power and struggling to get on top of everything that had to be done. As I had no vehicle, yes that was flooded as well, she took the time to drive me to check on this rental property. Joanne was also the person who informed me of a crisis centre set up at Rothwell offering financial and emotional help. She showed compassion, understanding and defiantly went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. Again a huge thank you to Joanne. Also another beautiful lady I had a good rapport with during this time was Marie. She also treated me with respect, was very friendly and always helpful when I needed advice. Yes, also a big thank you to Marie as well.

We recently sold the property, the agent paid for some minor plumbing repairs and a full yard mow just before sale, all complimentary. I highly recommend Bay and District Realty.
